Hades Bollards is not currently offering refunds on their products. You have the right to cancel your order after placing it, if cancelled within 2 days of placing the order.

In the event of a fault in the product, we will attempt to diagnose the problem which may mean spare parts sent out or a full product replacement. We will need a video of the fault in order to assess the problem.
