Under the warranty all aspects of the product are covered, so if anything goes wrong as long as not caused by accidental damage or mis-use Hades Bollards will fix free of charge. Outside of the warranty period Hades Bollards will still be happy to resolve any issues for you at a cost. We will say it is rare we get issues reported to us.

We use an encrypted app device for the control of our automatic bollard. It uses the internet as opposed to radio frequency and uses something called 256-bit encryption which if you google you can learn about. We have made our best effort and are confident a thief cannot come with a hacking device and disarm the DEFENDER.

I did a bit of research and came across Hades Bollards – the sales guy I spoke to explained the product well and answered all of my questions. The installation team did a good job – they explained everything and installed the bollards with little to no fuss. Fairly straight forward installation. The automatic one we got ispretty easy to use. They weren’t exactly cheap, but for the quality and peace of mind, it’s money well spent. Only thing I’d say is there was a slight delay in the timeline promised butwould recommend.

I found Hades Bollards online, and the DEFENDE600 looked really good. The price wasn’t cheap, but to be fair, they actually had a very good price compared to others I checked out. The team was lovely, showed up on time, and did a neat job. The bollards are actually quite cool, and now I do feel like my car’s secure.
