1. Limited Commercial Warranty
Hades Bollards provides a comprehensive, 1-year limited hardware warranty beginning exactly on the date of final installation or physical product delivery. This warranty guarantees that all structural, mechanical, and electrical components of the product will remain free from manufacturing defects and operational failures under normal use conditions.
1.1 Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
This hardware warranty is strictly limited to manufacturing faults and explicitly excludes any damage, malfunction, or operational degradation resulting from:
-
Accidental Damage: Structural impact, vandalism, site accidents, or external force applied to the units outside of verified testing parameters.
-
Misuse and Neglect: Operating the system outside of specified parameters, ignoring routine maintenance protocols, or utilizing the barriers for purposes other than their intended design.
-
Electrical Supply Faults: Power surges, brownouts, phase failures, faulty site wiring, or an unstable/unverified existing electrical infrastructure feeding the system.
2. Definitive Operational Liability Exclusions
Hades Bollards engineers high-grade physical barriers designed to deter and delay unauthorized access. However, the presence of our physical security systems does not guarantee absolute immunity from criminal activity or structural accidents.
2.1 Vehicle Theft and Property Loss
Any marketing materials, technical specifications, or verbal/written statements regarding the performance, strength, or crash-ratings of our products serve purely as structural performance indicators.
-
These statements do not constitute a guarantee or insurance policy against criminal breach.
-
Hades Bollards accepts absolutely no legal or financial liability for the loss, theft, or unauthorized entry of any vehicle, asset, or personal property protected by our systems.
2.2 Collisions and Vehicular Damage
Operating physical security equipment involves inherent structural dynamics. The Company accepts no legal responsibility or liability for:
-
Direct or indirect damage caused to any vehicle interacting with, colliding with, or attempting to pass over our bollards.
-
Any mechanical failure or operational outcome resulting from the integration of the bollards into local site traffic management protocols.
-
Operational disruptions, accidental deployments, or manual bypasses executed by site operators or third parties.
